Local customers may choose to pick up your flowers from our studio. Please call ahead to arrange an appointment.
Local customers may also select the 'no-stress' option of a full service package. This includes delivery, set up and personal designer assistance at your event. Services are provided upon request and billed at our hourly rate.
Delivery of flowers to local area
Drop off only - $15.00
Delivery and initial set-up in local area - $15.00 delivery plus $20.00 per hour
Full service set-up, transfer and personal design assistant (local) $20.00 per hour (4 hour minimum ).
Service outside of local area - call for a quote.
All products and services subject to HST
Visa and MasterCard subject to 2.3% surcharge.
Shipping
The buyer pays shipping unless otherwise instructed, we ship UPS FedEx or Canada Post whichever is the most cost effective method. Just email the details of what your preferences are, if any, to originalcreations@live.com. We will get back to you with the cost and once payment is received your order will be shipped with a tracking number for you. Your order will be fully insured.
We are NOT responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages through delivery service (FedEx, UPS or Canada Post). If needed we will help you file a claim with the shipping company.
If there is a problem with the shipped order contact us within 48 hours.
Returns
If you return an item because you donít like it, a 15% restocking fee is charged and return shipping to us is at your expense. No returns accepted without pre-authorization or after 7 days of receipt of item(s).

Shipments to the United States may require additional shipping charges and certain items cannot be shipped to these locations. We will call or email you prior to shipment if additional charges or restrictions apply to your order.

Certain remote delivery addresses within Canada may require additional shipping charges. We will call or email you prior to shipment if additional charges apply to your order.
